Referral Policy
Learn how the Bizeneed referral program works, who is eligible, and how rewards are calculated and paid out.
1. How the Program Works
Registered Bizeneed users receive a unique referral link. When someone signs up and completes a paid service through that link, the referrer earns a reward credited to their Bizeneed wallet. The referred person also receives a welcome discount on their first service.
2. Referrer Eligibility Criteria
The following criteria apply to individuals and entities participating in the Bizeneed referral program:
- Active Account - You must have an active, verified Bizeneed account in good standing. Accounts that have been suspended, banned, or flagged for policy violations are not eligible to participate.
- Age Requirement - Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- KYC Completion - To withdraw referral rewards exceeding Rs. 10,000 in aggregate, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required under applicable Indian regulations, including providing valid identity and address proof.
- Residency - The referral program is open to residents of India. International participants may be considered on a case-by-case basis subject to applicable foreign exchange and remittance regulations.
- Business Users - Sole proprietors, partnerships, and companies registered in India are eligible to participate. For business accounts, the business entity is the referrer of record.
- Exclusions - Employees, contractors, and consultants of Bizeneed, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the referral program or earn referral rewards.
- One Account Per Person - Each individual or business entity may maintain only one referral-eligible account. Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent program limits is a violation of these terms.
3. Reward Structure
Referrers earn rewards when their referred user completes a paid service through Bizeneed. The standard reward structure is as follows:
- Standard Referral Reward - A fixed reward of Rs. 500 is credited to the referrer's Bizeneed wallet for each successful referral that completes their first paid service.
- Qualifying Condition - The referred user must create an account using the referrer's unique referral link or code, and must complete at least one paid service transaction (minimum Rs. 1,000 in service value) within 90 days of sign-up.
- Referred User Benefit - The referred user receives a welcome discount of up to Rs. 1,000 on their first service engagement through Bizeneed, subject to applicable plan and service-type restrictions.
- Bonus Tiers - Referrers who achieve 5, 10, or 20 successful referrals within a calendar quarter may qualify for additional bonus rewards as announced periodically through the platform or email communications.
- Wallet Credit - Rewards are credited to the referrer's Bizeneed wallet within 7 business days of the referred customer's payment being successfully processed. The referrer will receive an email notification upon credit.
- Non-Cumulative Rewards - Where the referred user is a business entity with multiple team members signing up via the same referral link, only one referral reward will be credited per unique referred organization.
4. Reward Payment Timeline
Rewards earned through the referral program follow the following payment timeline:
- Reward Crediting - Rewards are credited to the referrer's Bizeneed wallet within 7 business days after the referred user's payment for their first paid service has been successfully processed and confirmed by our payment partners.
- Wallet Availability - Once credited, wallet funds are immediately available for use toward any Bizeneed services, subscriptions, or add-ons.
- Withdrawal Eligibility - Wallet balances can be withdrawn via bank transfer or UPI subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold of Rs. 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10-15 business days.
- KYC Requirement - For withdrawals exceeding Rs. 50,000 in aggregate, or as mandated by applicable law, KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, or other prescribed documents) must be completed before processing. Withdrawals pending KYC will be held until verification is complete.
- Withdrawal Freeze - Bizeneed reserves the right to freeze or withhold wallet withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or unresolved disputes until the matter is investigated and resolved.
- Tax Deductions - Withdrawal amounts exceeding the applicable tax threshold will be subject to TDS deduction as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 and relevant rules. A TDS certificate will be issued for tax-filing purposes.
- Wallet Expiry - Wallet balances that remain unused for a continuous period of 24 months may be forfeited. A reminder will be sent 30 days before any potential expiry.
5. Fraud Prevention
Bizeneed takes fraud prevention seriously and employs multiple layers of detection to maintain the integrity of the referral program. The following activities constitute fraud and will result in immediate disqualification, reward forfeiture, and potential account suspension:
- Self-Referrals - Creating fake, duplicate, or alternative accounts to refer oneself to the platform.
- Coordinated Sign-Ups - Arranging with family members, friends, or associates to create accounts solely for the purpose of earning referral rewards without genuine intent to use the platform's services.
- Fake Account Creation - Using disposable email addresses, virtual phone numbers, or other means to create accounts that do not represent genuine users.
- Circumvention Attempts - Using VPNs, proxies, or other anonymizing tools to evade detection of fraudulent referral activity.
- Collusion with Service Providers - Coordinating with Bizeneed professionals to create false service engagements solely for the purpose of triggering referral rewards.
- Referral Ring Schemes - Organized groups that rotate referral links among members to generate artificial rewards.
- Stolen or Sold Referral Links - Sharing referral links on public forums, social media platforms, or marketplaces in exchange for payment, favors, or other inducements.
- Impersonation - Claiming to be an official representative of Bizeneed to entice sign-ups through your referral link.
Bizeneed employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect fraudulent activity. Any user found to be engaging in fraudulent referral practices will be subject to the following consequences, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:
- Immediate forfeiture of all pending and future referral rewards
- Reversal of rewards already paid out, which may be debited from the referrer's wallet or recovered through other means
- Suspension or permanent termination of the referral program eligibility
- Account suspension or termination at Bizeneed's discretion
- Legal action in cases of significant fraud or financial damage
If you suspect fraudulent activity related to the referral program, please report it to fraud@bizeneed.com. Reports can be made anonymously and will be investigated promptly.
6. Program Modifications and Termination
Bizeneed may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time with reasonable notice. Existing rewards earned before any such change will remain valid and payable. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
