List of Sub-processors

Bizeneed India Private Limited engages trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) to support the delivery of our services. This list identifies all sub-processors that may process personal data on our behalf. We carefully select and regularly review all sub-processors to ensure they meet our data protection and security standards. Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement that imposes obligations at least as restrictive as those in our Data Processing Agreement. We will notify you of any changes to this list as required by applicable law.

• Sub-processors are selected based on security, reliability, and compliance with data protection standards
• This list is reviewed and updated at least quarterly
• Material changes to sub-processors communicated within 30 days
• Sub-processors may only process data for the purposes specified in their agreement

We use the following payment processors to handle financial transactions securely. These processors have access to payment information including card details, billing addresses, and transaction history solely for the purpose of processing payments.

• Razorpay - Payment gateway for online transactions, card processing, UPI, and net banking
• Stripe - International payment processing for cross-border transactions
• BillDesk - Utility payment processing and bill payment services
• Paytm - Wallet and UPI payment processing for convenience transactions

We use the following communication service providers to deliver transactional and marketing communications to our users. These processors have access to contact information including email addresses and phone numbers for communication delivery purposes.

• Amazon SES - Email delivery for transactional and marketing communications
• Twilio - SMS delivery for OTP, notifications, and service updates
• Exotel - Voice call services for client communication and support
• Interakt - WhatsApp Business API for client communications on WhatsApp

We use the following cloud infrastructure providers to host and operate our platform. These providers have access to all data stored on their infrastructure for the purposes of providing hosting and infrastructure services.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Primary cloud hosting and infrastructure services
• Google Cloud Platform - Backup storage and disaster recovery services
• Cloudflare - CDN, DNS, and DDoS protection services
• Vercel - Frontend deployment and edge computing services

We use the following analytics and monitoring service providers to understand platform usage, improve services, and monitor performance. These processors receive anonymized or aggregated usage data.

• Google Analytics - Website analytics and user behavior analysis (anonymized data)
• Sentry - Application performance monitoring and error tracking
• Mixpanel - Product analytics and user engagement metrics
• Hotjar - User experience analytics and session recordings

This list of sub-processors is subject to change. We may add, remove, or replace sub-processors as our service delivery needs evolve. Where we add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this list and notify you through email or platform notification. You have the right to object to the use of a new sub-processor for processing your personal data. If you object and we cannot accommodate your objection, we may be required to terminate your service agreement. Objections should be sent to dpo@bizeneed.in.
