List of Sub-processors

Bizeneed India Private Limited engages third-party service providers (sub-processors) to support the delivery of our services. This list identifies the sub-processors that process personal data on our behalf, what each one does and where the data is located. Data processing agreements with these providers are being put in place. We will notify you of any changes to this list as required by applicable law.

• Sub-processors may only process data for the purposes of the service they provide to us

Our website, customer portal and background jobs run on a virtual private server operated by our hosting provider. Our application database is a managed PostgreSQL service. Some of this data is stored outside India.

• Hostinger - Virtual private server (VPS) hosting for the website, portal, cache and background jobs (IP registered in India)
• Neon - Managed PostgreSQL database for account, order and portal data (Amazon Web Services region us-east-2, United States: data is stored outside India)
• Database backups are kept on our own hosting server; no separate backup provider is used

Transactional emails (such as one-time passwords, notifications and service updates) are sent from our own mail server, which runs on our hosting server (mail.postyai.tech). No third-party email delivery service is used.

• Self-hosted mail server on our VPS (Hostinger) - Email delivery for transactional communications
• MSG91 - SMS and WhatsApp messaging (integrated in our platform, not active at present)

AI-assisted features (such as the portal assistant and document tools) send the text you submit to an AI API provider to generate a response. The provider processes this data outside India.

• DeepSeek - AI API for AI-assisted features (data processed outside India)

We use the following payment processor to handle financial transactions. It has access to payment information such as billing details and transaction history solely for the purpose of processing payments.

• Razorpay - Payment gateway for online transactions, card processing, UPI, and net banking (activation pending)

Website analytics are loaded only after you allow Analytics in Cookie Settings, and only when analytics is enabled on our site.

• Google Analytics 4 - Website usage analytics, when enabled and only with your consent

This list of sub-processors is subject to change. We may add, remove, or replace sub-processors as our service delivery needs evolve. Where we add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this list and notify you through email or platform notification. You have the right to object to the use of a new sub-processor for processing your personal data. If you object and we cannot accommodate your objection, we may be required to terminate your service agreement. Objections should be sent to privacy@bizeneed.in.
