These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bizeneed India Private Limited's GSTR-1 filing services, including IFF for QRMP taxpayers, amendments, and Nil returns. These Terms are framed in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the CGST Rules, 2017, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws. By subscribing to our GSTR-1 filing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Introduction
Welcome to Bizeneed India Private Limited. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User', 'you', or 'your') and Bizeneed India Private Limited ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our') governing your use of our GSTR-1 filing and related GST compliance services. These Terms are framed in strict accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 ('CGST Act'), the CGST Rules, 2017, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws and regulations. Please read these Terms carefully before engaging our GSTR-1 filing services.
- These Terms apply specifically to GSTR-1 return filing and related services offered through the Bizeneed platform
- The Platform operates as a technology-enabled intermediary facilitating GST return preparation and filing by qualified professionals
- By subscribing to our GSTR-1 filing services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety
- If you act on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms
- Continued use of the service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

Scope
Our GSTR-1 filing services cover the preparation, validation, and electronic filing of Form GSTR-1 under the CGST Act, 2017. This includes the filing of GSTR-1 for regular taxpayers, the Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF) for Quarterly Return Monthly Payment (QRMP) taxpayers, amendments to previously filed GSTR-1 returns (Form GSTR-1A), and Nil returns for taxpayers with no outward supplies in a given tax period. The scope of services is limited to the preparation and electronic submission of returns based on the information and documents provided by you. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from the tax authorities, and we do not provide legal representation before any adjudicating, appellate, or tax authority unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate engagement.
- Regular monthly GSTR-1 return filing for taxpayers with an aggregate turnover exceeding INR 5 crore
- Quarterly GSTR-1 filing for taxpayers below the specified aggregate turnover threshold
- Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF) filing for QRMP taxpayers on a monthly basis
- Amendments to previously filed GSTR-1 returns (Form GSTR-1A)
- Nil return filing for tax periods where no outward supplies are made
- B2B invoice details, B2C invoice details, credit/debit note details, and export invoice details
- HSN/SAC code summary and applicable tax rate summary as required under Rule 58 of CGST Rules
- Advance received and adjustment of advances as applicable
- NIL-rated, exempted, and non-GST outward supplies reporting
Obligations
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and verified sales data, invoice details, and all supporting documents in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to ensure that all outward supply details, HSN/SAC codes, applicable GSTINs, tax rates, and invoice numbers are correct and complete. You warrant that all information provided for GSTR-1 filing is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to notify Bizeneed immediately of any changes to your business operations, GSTIN status, or supply patterns that may affect your GSTR-1 filing obligations. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, and you agree to indemnify Bizeneed against any claims, penalties, or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete data provided by you.
- Provide complete and accurate sales data, invoice details, and supporting documents before the agreed filing timeline
- Ensure all GSTINs, invoice numbers, invoice dates, and recipient details are accurate and verifiable
- Provide correct HSN/SAC codes, applicable GST tax rates, and taxable values for all outward supplies
- Notify Bizeneed immediately of any changes to business operations, GSTIN status, or supply patterns
- Warrant that all information submitted for GSTR-1 filing is true, accurate, and complete
- Indemnify Bizeneed against claims, penalties, or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete data provided
- Maintain proper books of account and records as required under the CGST Act and Rules for a minimum period of 6 years
- Review the draft GSTR-1 prepared by Bizeneed before electronic filing and promptly confirm or provide corrections
Fees & Payment
Service fees for GSTR-1 filing are as communicated at the time of engagement and become binding upon acceptance by you. All fees are quoted inclusive or exclusive of GST as explicitly specified at the time of quoting. Government fees, if any, and third-party charges are billed separately. Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum or the maximum rate permitted under applicable law, calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment. Subscription-based services are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. All payments must be made through the official payment channels integrated with the Bizeneed Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict services for accounts with overdue payments exceeding 30 days. Non-payment of fees does not constitute a termination of this agreement, and you remain liable for all outstanding amounts.

- Out-of-pocket expenses and third-party charges, if applicable, are billed separately
- Late payments attract interest at 18% per annum from the due date to the date of actual payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal
- All payments must be made through official payment gateways integrated with the Platform
- Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments exceeding 30 days
- Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy available at /refund-policy
Timelines
GSTR-1 returns are required to be filed on or before the 10th day of the subsequent month for monthly filers, or the 13th day of the month following the end of a quarter for quarterly filers. For QRMP taxpayers utilising the Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF), the monthly deadline is the 13th day of the subsequent month. While Bizeneed will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely filing, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the unavailability of data or documents from your end, technical issues with the GST portal (GSTN), or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Timelines mentioned are indicative and subject to change based on government notifications and regulatory updates. Clients are advised to submit all required data at least 3 business days before the statutory due date to allow for review and filing. Late fees as specified under the CGST Act, 2017 for delayed GSTR-1 filing shall be the sole responsibility of the taxpayer.
- GSTR-1 monthly filing deadline: 10th day of the subsequent month (extended to 11th/12th/13th as per government notifications)
- GSTR-1 quarterly filing deadline: 13th day of the month following the end of the quarter
- IFF for QRMP taxpayers: 13th day of the subsequent month
- Clients should submit data at least 3 business days before the statutory due date
- Timelines are indicative and subject to change based on government notifications
- Bizeneed is not liable for delays caused by client-side data unavailability or GSTN portal issues
- Late fees for delayed filing as per CGST Act shall be the taxpayer's responsibility
- Any extension of due dates by the tax authorities shall not constitute a change to our service commitment
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all information, data, documents, and materials exchanged during the course of this engagement. You agree that all GST data, sales figures, invoice details, and financial information shared with Bizeneed shall be treated as confidential information. Bizeneed agrees to protect your confidential information using industry-standard security measures and shall not disclose, share, or use your confidential information except as necessary for the performance of services under these Terms. Our obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of ours, is rightfully received from a third party without confidentiality restrictions, is independently developed by us without use of your confidential information, or is required to be disclosed by law or court order.
- All GST data, sales figures, invoice details, and financial information shared with Bizeneed shall be treated as confidential
- Bizeneed shall protect your confidential information using industry-standard security measures
- Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without your prior written consent
- Confidentiality obligations do not apply to publicly available information or information required to be disclosed by law
- Both parties shall ensure their respective personnel handling confidential information are bound by confidentiality obligations
- Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of this agreement for a period of 3 years
- In the event of a data breach involving your confidential information, Bizeneed shall notify you within 72 hours
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Bizeneed India Private Limited's aggregate liability under any service engagement or claim arising from these Terms or the use of our GSTR-1 filing services shall not exceed the service fees paid by you for the specific service in the preceding 12 months. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, or any other financial loss arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not liable for any penalties, interest, late fees, or adverse consequences imposed by the GST authorities arising from delayed, rejected, or inaccurate returns, to the extent such outcomes result from inaccurate information provided by you or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Aggregate liability limited to service fees paid for the specific service in the preceding 12 months
- No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
- No liability for GSTN portal downtime, errors, or changes in the filing process beyond our control
- No liability for penalties, interest, or late fees arising from client-provided inaccurate data
- No liability for delays caused by government gazette notifications or changes in GST law
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud
- We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to review the draft return before filing
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing not less than 30 days' prior written notice to the other party. Bizeneed may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the GSTR-1 filing service without prior notice if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments when due, provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information, or engage in any activities that harm the Platform or our business interests. Upon termination, all outstanding fees and charges become immediately due and payable. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver completed work product and provide transition assistance for a period of 15 days post-termination. Access to the GSTR-1 filing service and all associated data will be suspended upon termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.
- Either party may terminate with not less than 30 days' prior written notice
- We may immediately suspend or terminate for breach of Terms, non-payment beyond 30 days, or fraudulent activity
- All outstanding fees and charges become immediately due and payable upon termination
- Completed work product will be delivered and reasonable transition assistance provided for 15 days
- Access to the GSTR-1 filing service and all associated data will be suspended upon termination
- Provisions relating to confidentiality, liability, dispute resolution, and intellectual property survive termination
- Upon request within 30 days of termination, your data will be provided in a portable format
Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our GSTR-1 filing services. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, Delhi, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law provisions
- Courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes
- Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations for 30 days
- Unresolved disputes are referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Seat of arbitration: New Delhi, Delhi, India; Language: English
- The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties
- Either party may seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction
