These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) Registration services by Bizeneed India Private Limited. These Terms are framed in accordance with the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and other applicable Indian laws. By engaging our EPF Registration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Introduction
Welcome to Bizeneed India Private Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) Registration services on the Bizeneed platform. These Terms are framed in accordance with the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and all other applicable Indian laws and regulations. By engaging our EPF Registration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
- These Terms apply to all businesses, LLPs, partnerships, and corporate entities seeking EPF Registration services
- The Platform operates as a technology-enabled intermediary connecting users with qualified professionals for compliance and advisory services
- By purchasing this service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
- If you act on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms
- Continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

Scope
The EPF Registration services provided by Bizeneed India Private Limited cover the complete lifecycle of Employees' Provident Fund compliance. Our services include: EPF Registration assistance with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (RPFC) for establishments employing 20 or more employees, monthly EPF return filing (Form 5, Form 10, Form 12, Form 3A), EPF challan payment processing and reconciliation, annual EPF returns (Form 6 and Form 12), employee EPF account opening and UAN generation, wage code compliance under the Code on Wages, 2019, liaison with EPFO offices for queries and clarifications, assistance with EPF withdrawal claims and transfer of PF accounts, and compliance with statutory requirements under the EPF Act, 1952. Services do not include dispute resolution with EPFO, employee grievances, or criminal liability for non-compliance.

Obligations
The client (you) is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for EPF registration and ongoing compliance. You must maintain detailed employee records including full names, dates of birth, gender, residential addresses, nominee details, Aadhaar numbers, bank account details, and PAN. You are responsible for providing accurate salary structures including basic wages, dearness allowance, retaining allowance, and any other allowances that constitute wages under the EPF Act. You must provide establishment details including legal name, trade name, nature of business, date of commencement, registered office address, principal place of business, employer PAN, TAN, email, telephone, and mobile number. You must declare the total number of employees, identify which employees are already EPF subscribers, and provide monthly updates on new joinees and exits. Failure to provide accurate or timely information may result in delays, penalties from EPFO, or rejection of applications.
- Provide accurate employee details - names, dates of birth, gender, addresses, Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, and nominee information
- Provide complete salary structure - basic wages, dearness allowance, retaining allowance, and other wage components
- Provide full establishment details - legal name, trade name, nature of business, commencement date, and registered office address
- Provide employer PAN, TAN, email, telephone, and mobile number for registration purposes
- Declare total employee count and identify existing EPF subscribers at the time of registration
- Provide monthly updates on new joinees, exits, and salary changes
- Co-operate with Bizeneed for any queries or requests from EPFO authorities
- Make timely payments of EPF contributions as per statutory requirements
Fees & Payment
Service fees for EPF Registration are as communicated at the time of engagement and become binding upon your acceptance. Government fees for EPF registration, monthly challan payments, and statutory payments are billed separately and are payable in addition to our professional fees. Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum or the maximum rate permitted under applicable law, calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment. All payments must be made through official payment channels. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict EPF compliance services for accounts with overdue payments exceeding 30 days. Subscription-based ongoing EPF compliance services are billed in advance on a monthly basis and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

- Government fees, EPF challan payments, and third-party charges are billed separately
- Late payments attract interest at 18% per annum calculated from the due date
- Subscription-based services are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date
- All payments must be made through official payment gateways integrated with the Platform
- Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments exceeding 30 days
- Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy available at /refund-policy
Timelines
Bizeneed endeavours to complete EPF Registration within 15-30 business days from the date of receipt of all required documents and information from the client. The actual timeline depends on the completeness of information provided, the EPFO office workload, the number of employees, and any additional verification requirements from the authorities. Timeline commencement begins only after all mandatory documents are received and verified. Delays caused by incomplete information, non-cooperation from the client, or delays by government authorities are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of service. Monthly EPF return filing timelines are aligned with statutory due dates. Any delays in monthly filing will be communicated in advance.
- EPF Registration: 15-30 business days from receipt of all complete documents
- Timeline begins only after all mandatory documents and information are received
- Delays due to incomplete information or client non-cooperation are excluded from SLA
- Delays by EPFO authorities or regulatory bodies are outside our control
- Monthly EPF returns must be filed within statutory due dates as per EPFO calendar
- Timelines are indicative and subject to change based on government processes
- Expedited processing may be available for additional fees
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, business data, employee records, financial information, and trade secrets shared during the course of service delivery. Bizeneed agrees not to disclose, share, or use client data except for the purpose of providing EPF registration and compliance services. Client data will be stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. Our team members and associated professionals are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. We will not share client information with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or for service delivery purposes. You agree not to share any confidential information received from Bizeneed, including methodology, pricing, or process documentation.
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared information
- Client data, employee records, and financial information will not be disclosed to third parties
- Data is stored using industry-standard encryption and security measures
- Team members are bound by strict confidentiality obligations
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service relationship
- Either party may disclose confidential information if required by law or court order
- Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and legal action
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Bizeneed India Private Limited's aggregate liability under any service engagement shall not exceed the service fees paid by you for the specific EPF service in the preceding 12 months. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other financial loss arising from the use or inability to use our services. We are not liable for penalties, fines, or adverse actions imposed by EPFO on account of incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. We are not liable for delays, errors, or rejections caused by EPFO authorities.
- Aggregate liability limited to fees paid for the specific EPF service in the preceding 12 months
- No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- No liability for penalties, fines, or adverse actions by EPFO due to client-provided inaccurate information
- Not liable for delays, errors, or rejections caused by EPFO authorities
- Not liable for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by you
- No liability for service interruptions due to force majeure events
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud
Termination
Either party may terminate the EPF service relationship by providing not less than 30 days' prior written notice to the other party. Bizeneed may immediately suspend or terminate EPF services without prior notice if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments when due, provide false or inaccurate information, or engage in activities that harm our business interests. Upon termination, all outstanding fees and charges become immediately due and payable. We will assist with transition of EPF compliance responsibilities for a period of 15 days post-termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect. Client data will be provided in a portable format upon request within 30 days of termination.
- Either party may terminate with not less than 30 days' prior written notice
- We may immediately suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or fraudulent activity
- All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable upon termination
- Transition assistance for EPF compliance responsibilities provided for 15 days post-termination
- Provisions relating to confidentiality, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination
- Upon request within 30 days, EPF-related data will be provided in a portable format
Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the EPF services. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, Delhi, India, and the language shall be English.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law provisions
- Courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes
- Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiations for 30 days
- Unresolved disputes are referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Seat of arbitration: New Delhi, Delhi, India; Language: English
- The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties
