Pitch Deck for Startups - Investor-Ready in Days
A pitch deck is often the first thing an investor sees before deciding whether to take a meeting - and most decks fail on narrative, not design. We build the story first: problem, solution, market size, business model, traction, and the ask, structured the way investors actually read decks. Then we design it to look credible, not templated. Whether you're raising a pre-seed round on a napkin idea or a Series A with real revenue, we package your business into a deck that earns you the next conversation, not a polite rejection email.

What is a pitch deck and why does it matter for fundraising?
A pitch deck is a short slide presentation - typically 12 to 18 slides - that a startup uses to explain its business to investors. A well-built deck covers the problem you're solving, your solution, market size, business model, product, traction so far, competitive landscape, team, financial projections, and the specific ask - how much you're raising and what it will be used for.
Investors evaluate a large number of decks and often decide within a few minutes of skimming whether a business is worth a follow-up call. A deck that is cluttered, generic, or hard to skim gets set aside regardless of how good the underlying business is. The goal of a pitch deck isn't to explain everything - it's to earn the next meeting, where the deeper conversation happens.
There's also a difference between a deck you present live (fewer words, more visual, built to be talked through) and a deck you send by email to be read standalone (slightly more text, self-explanatory without a narrator). We build both versions when needed, since most founders end up using their deck for both purposes at different points in the raise.
Who needs a professional pitch deck?
A pitch deck matters most when you're about to put your business in front of people who see dozens of these a week.
- Founders preparing to raise a pre-seed, seed, or Series A round from angel investors, VCs, or family offices
- Startups applying to accelerator or incubator programs that require a pitch deck as part of the application
- Founders who have validated their business model or have early traction but haven't packaged it into an investor-facing narrative yet
- Teams that already have a deck but are getting passed over at the first-look stage and suspect the deck itself is the problem
- Founders who need a credible deck for internal purposes too - board updates, co-founder alignment, or key hire pitches

How we build your pitch deck
We separate the story from the design - getting the narrative right first means the design phase moves fast and doesn't need to be redone.
Discovery call
A 30-45 minute call to understand your business, market, traction, and what you're raising. This is where we figure out the actual story - most first drafts founders bring us bury the strongest point on slide nine.
Narrative and content draft
We structure the story slide-by-slide in a working document before any design happens - problem, solution, market, model, traction, team, financials, and the ask, in the order investors expect to read them.
Design
Once the content is approved, we design the deck - clean, professional slides that support the story rather than distract from it, with your branding if you have one.
Founder review and revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included. You mark up what needs to change, we turn it around within 1-2 working days per round.
Final delivery
You receive the final deck in PPT, PDF, and Google Slides formats, plus the editable source file so you can update it yourself as your numbers change.
A great pitch deck packages your business credibly - it does not fix a weak business model or manufacture traction that doesn't exist. If your fundamentals aren't there yet, we'll tell you honestly during the discovery call rather than sell you a deck that won't convert meetings.

Frequently asked questions
A pitch deck is a short slide presentation, typically 12-18 slides, that startups use to explain their business to investors - covering the problem, solution, market, business model, traction, team, financials, and how much you're raising.
Most investor pitch decks run 12-18 slides. Fewer than 10 usually means important context is missing; more than 20 usually means the story isn't tight enough yet. We aim for the shortest deck that still tells a complete story.
Our standard turnaround is 3-5 working days from the discovery call to the first design draft, plus time for your revision rounds. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for an additional fee.
No. Pre-seed decks are built around the problem, market opportunity, and founder credibility rather than traction. Seed and Series A decks lean more heavily on metrics, revenue, and growth numbers if you have them.
A presentation deck is built to be talked through live - fewer words, more visual, relies on you narrating it. A read deck is sent by email and needs to be self-explanatory without you in the room. We build whichever you need, or both.
We can include your existing financials and projections in the deck, but building the financial model itself is a separate service. If you don't have projections yet, let us know and we'll scope that separately.
Yes, the Premium plan includes a 1-on-1 investor pitch coaching session covering delivery and preparation for common investor questions. Coaching sessions are also available standalone for ₹5,000 each.
Yes. We treat every deck as confidential, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you share any sensitive business details, financials, or strategy.
PPT and PDF are included in every plan. The Full Design and Premium plans also include Google Slides and the fully editable source file, so you can update the deck yourself later.
The Content Only plan includes 1 round; Full Design and Premium include 2 rounds. Additional rounds beyond that are quoted separately based on the scope of changes.
Yes - if you already have a strong narrative and just need professional design, we can skip straight to the design phase, which is usually faster and can reduce the price.
No. A pitch deck is a private design and consulting service, not a government filing or registration, so there's no regulatory fee attached to it.
We primarily focus on pre-seed through Series A decks. Later-stage and growth-round decks are more complex and quoted separately based on your specific requirements - reach out and we'll scope it.
Yes. Accelerator and grant applications often require a pitch deck in a similar format to an investor deck, with some sections adjusted for the specific program's evaluation criteria - we tailor the content accordingly.
You'll have the fully editable source file, so minor updates (numbers, traction, team changes) can be made yourself. For a significant repositioning, we offer discounted rates on rebuilding key sections rather than starting from scratch.
